1. Managed Services Scope
FocusedTechOS provides done-for-you AI call answering, missed-call automation, review generation, and website integration services. Systems are delivered on a flat monthly management basis with no long-term contracts unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
2. Maintenance and Support
Requested updates, script changes, price adjustments, and system modifications are typically handled within 24–48 hours, usually the same business day.
3. Governing Law
